LUSH AND GAUDY WATER
--------------------

This is definitely only for die-hard, fantasy-perfection-loving types who want clear, tropical water. It's clear, it's bright, it's obscenely gaudy.

There are two versions on offer. One just does Cyrodiil, the other will do both Cyrodiil and the Shivering Isles. Take your pick.

I have NOT touched the sewer water, lava or anyting else except the basic water, underwater, and night water. Same with the SI version. The underwater is much brighter and less murky than Vanilla, with a greater view distance, so beware.

I seriously doubt this will be anyone's cup of tea. But there are shitloads of good water mods out there to pick from. This is just one more to try.

And yes, I know the underwater surface is too bright at night, but I'm fucked if I can figure out how to fix it and I don't really care.

TO INSTALL:
-----------

Pick whichever version you want to run and copy the appropriate Data folder to your Oblivion directory.

Activate the esp and away you go.

I highly recommend you make sure the following settings are this way in your Oblivion.ini file:

bUseWaterReflectionsMisc=1
bUseWaterReflectionsStatics=1
bUseWaterReflectionsTrees=1
bUseWaterReflectionsActors=1
bUseWaterReflections=1

The reflections make things look a damn sight nicer, so it's worth checking that they're all set to 1. (Of course you don't have to, but it does look infinitely better.)

Another optional tweak is to set:

uDepthRange=200

It's entirely your choice to do this or not. I personally like my water with an added dash of transparency.

Delete the files that come with the mod. Not much to ask.

WHERE DID THAT WATER TEXTURE COME FROM?:
----------------------------------------

Another old game. I don't pretend that it's my texture, because it most certainly is not. If you don't like borrowing...then...hmmm...scarper back to Vice City!
